Stall Booking Terms & Conditions
Please read these transparent operational terms carefully before confirming your event stall reservation.
1. Applicable Taxes
2. Event Duration
18% GST is charged additionally over the base stall rental fee of ₹15,000 per day.
Booking includes only the agreed event duration specified during booking, such as up to 5 hours.

4. Outstation Travel
Hours beyond agreed duration are charged separately at an hourly rate agreed in advance.
For events outside Jaipur, all applicable travel expenses are borne by the client or organising party.
5. Outstation Logistics
6. Advance Reservation Deposit
Additional travel, accommodation, food, and logistics outside quoted charges are managed by the client.
50% of the total calculated amount is required as advance payment to reserve the event date.

The remaining 50% balance is payable according to the mutually agreed payment schedule.
Requests are confirmed only after date availability is verified and the 50% advance is received.
Services not in the initial quote will be discussed and billed separately upon prior approval.
